Fence Need to Go?

Fence Starting to go?

Typically with wood fences when one post rots or starts to lean it will end up pulling the rest of the fence down with it.

Fence already gave up?

Once the fence finally has had too much it will be well beyond the repair phase.

Things to Consider before removal

Total Job TIme

How is it Removed?

Depending on job size and overall removal and time for new install will vary. There might be down time where certain fence lines are open for a day or two. It is a good idea to discuss with neighbors before work is started that dogs need to be on leash until the fence job is completed.

How is it Removed?

Depending on fence style and growth on fence the onsite estimator will give you the best options for the cheapest removal options. Some times all it takes is a few hand tools and some strength while other times we may have to rent equipment to be ass efficient and cost effective for our clients.

Other considerations

Depending on what you are replacing the fence with will determine to what extent the old fence will have to be removed. Every fence post should be set in concrete. If the fence we are removing has concrete we may have to remove the whole post including the concrete footing. Typically when we have to remove the whole post that is the most costly part. See below for other options to avoid this costly task.

Concrete Considerations

This is what the concrete looks like after we have dug down and cut off the post. If we do not need to put a new post in the same location this can be simply covered back with dirt to allow grass to grow and never cause any issues for the future. This will save money as the removal cost will jump significantly if we have to get the concrete out, none the less by hand.
